If you have that morning kick and you know what makes you up early in the morning and have a purpose in life then you are the protagonist in todayâs plot and can drive yourself and drive the rest of your day.
If we fill our minds with grudges, hate, resentment, and negative feeling we will experience the same in our daily life. If we fill our day with positivity we will experience positivity. Your mind is a powerful gift and the only tool which can beat AI (Artificial Intelligence). đ„
The supreme act of leadership is to identify, nature, and preserve the Artisan. The right-brainers are the people who go beyond, work late without a laptop and their mind keeps thinking about the growth of the company while in a dream or taking a shower. The time when the right side of the brain kicks in most. Unfortunately, the same group of people are the most neglected by the managers but not by the true leaders.
A leader who doesnât read cannot think. A leader who doesnât write cannot delegate. A leader who doesnât listen is doomed to disappear. And a leader who doesnât encourage reading will never be able to have a successor.
Leadership never makes a soldier redundant but in the corporate world, we do make people redundant. The industry has witnessed numerous corporate leaders who used to call their employees a part of a family but at the time of layoff, they smartly avoid the use of the word âfamilyâ in their farewell notes.
The thirst for writing new stories every day should never be quenched. After completing one book you must reconcile yourself and start planning your next book.
I consume fiction every day. I live in a society where I love chicken, fish, and dogs, but in reality, I donât love anyone of them. I fill my hunger with drumsticks, I hope for prosperity from a fish tank, and a canine glorifies my call for obedience.
The gap between modern slavery and modern society is not wide; itâs narrow but oblivious. The only way to make that gap visible is to remove the sheer curtain in society by educating more and more people.
Although a seamless execution of the order is very important in the corporate world but you are not in a war zone, and you donât have a flight plan to drop two bombs left and three bombs right. On a corporate floor, every individual has a fundamental right to think and use their neurons and challenge what is wrong.
